Chuck White was asked to come out of semi-retirement as a developer to work on this unique project.

“I have been working full-time in ministry for several years. When this opportunity was presented to me, I realized it was an opportunity to combine ministry and my professional experience as a developer.

It’s a special piece of land, both its history and future. I’m glad to be a part of it. What really makes it special to me? It’s the people I’m working for, the lot owners, and my future neighbors. They’re a great group of folks.”
