Mission San Miguel has a total of 86 beautiful lots from ½ acre to 3 acres. (Many lots are reserved and some sizes are wait–listed)

Have you looked at the plat and know which lot you are interested in?
Detailed dimensions are provided for each lot. The following link provides a list of lots. Each lot number links to an individual drawing of the lot. (Note: these drawings contain the old lot numbers prior to the county's final numbering.) When viewing these drawings, be sure to examine the lot that is not "grayed-out", except lots 11-B and 14-B where special instructions are provided.

Land prices have soared in Tallahassee the last several years. Remember to have your own home appraised when considering budgeting a move into San Miguel Neighborhood. Also consider that when you buy your lot, you also own, as part of the community, the many acres of common land including a pool, ball fields, tennis courts, a community center, St Joseph’s prayer house, playground and beautiful natural areas including a lake.

The following are the home size restrictions for each lot size:

½ acre (maximum home size 1400sf)

¾ acre (maximum home size 1800sf)

1 acre (minimum home size 1800 sf)

2 acre (minimum home size 1800 sf)

3+acre (minimum home size 4000 sq ft)

     Initial Declaration dated December 8, 2005 (33 pages)
     First Amendment dated September 26, 2006 (5 pages) Corrects estimate of annual maintenance costs.
     Second Amendment dated May 8, 2007 (10 pages) Removes the Mansion lot from CC&Rs; Adds driveway restrictions to Lots 3 & 4 Block C; Adds Conservation Easements restrictions; Adds restrictions for access to other properties outside of San Miguel.

Meet architect chair, Jim Galbraith:

Jim Galbraith
Jim and his wife Lois are active parishioners at Good Shepherd parish.
Experience: 14 years in private practice. General experience in education, religious, commercial, and residential facilities. Twenty-four years experience in institutional facilities, universities, governmental institutions, health/hospitals, scientific research facilities, housing, and the planning and the development of infrastructure for various campuses and other kinds of complexes. Jim has been retired since 1990.

San Miguel is blessed to have the love, leadership and laughter from Jim and Lois!
